Flashing blue light when charging

When charging, one of my ultra cams flashes blue, stops, flashes blue, stops......on and on and on. It never stops while charging. Any idea why?

Mine were doing this also. I have 2 Ultras that are hard power wired oursite with 25' power cables. One of the two would do what you're decribing and I never saw it hit 100% charge in the app. It was always at 99%

However, when my Ultra's updated firmware the other day this stopped and now they both stay 100%. If you look in the thread with Jimmy Lin from 7/18 - he also states a more detail list of improvements to that update - and one of them says fixes charging.

However, that update also ruined my sound on the ultras.... its terrible now when streaming or what recording. Several others reported the same.

If you haven't updated your cams do so and see if the charging issue persists.
