recently VMB5000 with 3 cameras not detecting all movement of vehicles

Hi,

Just recently, I have had cameras not detecting all movement of vehicles. I know that vehicles, and people, have been within range as other cameras in the system have detected the movement as well as seeing them with the naked eye. Just wondering how we can be sure to pick up all motion on all cameras in the system. Batteries are constatntly monitored and recharged when falling below 40%.

Hi PTT79, First do you have this camera added to the armed mode and recording on motion?

Second, do you have this particular camera added under ‘smart notifications’ and vehicles ticked off?
