Arlo Ultra One Spotlight Not Working

Hi Guys—

Recently installed the Arlo Ultra 4 pack. Loving in. Everything works to expectation except one cameras spotlight never turns on automatically upon motion being detected. I’ve tried resetting. It detects motion and records fine just no spotlight. The light can be manually turned on with the app.

Any suggestions or ideas? The others work with no issue.

I would contact Arlo support or return if all others have same settings and work.

Check settings > My Devices > select the desired camera > video settings > Low Light settings > make sure the spotlight is toggled on

If the area is well lit, the spotlight may not turn on (the spotlight will only automatically engage under low light conditions). You can test this by moving that camera to a different location (where one of your other cameras spotlights activates) and test to see if you experience the same behavior.
