    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've had an Arlo Pro system in the U.S. Virgin Islands for over 2 years and it was working fine, but the salty air was starting to rust a few of the outdoor cameras, so we decided to upgrade to the Ultra for better video quality. After setup things seemed to be working but we realized that no video was getting uploaded on motion detection (worked fine on the old system). After a lengthy phone call to Support who couldn't answer why, we finally got an email saying that video can't be uploaded to the cloud from our location with the Ultra cameras. So it worked just fine on the Arlo Pro system, but won't work with an Ultra camera? Nothing in the documentation states that the Ultra won't upload video outside the continental U.S., but that appears to be the case. So we can see live video with the Ultra and it will alert when motion is detected but won't upload or store any video. Not very helpful for an expensive system. My only solution so far has been to leave one of the old cameras on so that at least one of them will upload with motion detection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
