how do you turn on the 4K?

I know the manual says to go to the smart base hub then to storage settings and then tap on the 4K video recording...however mine doesn't allow me to turn on the 4K and I have paid to upgrade my storage on the cloud to 4K...any ideas how to actually turn this feature on?

You're sure you subscribed to PVR and not just an enhanced plan? Are you using Auto Zoom and Tracking, which reverts to 1080p?

Yes I am sure I subscribed...i had to choose which cameras I wanted to pay $19 a year extra for in order to get 4K...also the track is off and 4K is turned on but still unable to switch to recording 4K on smart hub

When you look at content in your library, do you see a 4K badge on the thumbnail for the cameras that have a PVR subscription?

Yes when the cameras record motion there is a 4K on the thumb of the video
