Sound quality on the Arlo Ultra camera and zoom focus issues

Model: VMS5140, Firmware ver. 1.060.33.7_32761, IOS, Outdoor environment. Sound quality is very poor, sounds like its in a bottle, very echoey sounding, especially when a vehicle drives by from a distance. I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and none of them sound this way. HELP! I like the video quality very much, but was a little disappointed that when zooming in on something that it doesn't focus like I was lead to believe by the advertisements. And the Auto Zoom and Tracking makes the camera go crazy in the environment it's in with trees and wind, etc. Focuses on all sorts of areas back a forth.

Do you experience the same audio issue if you change the cameras location (temporarily as a test)? Can you provide a clip with an example of the issue?

Recently, I have started to have the same problem of zoom and track. Finally gave up on it and removed zoom and track. See file I uploaded.

o you have the Reduce Wind Noise toggle on or off in the Ultra camera audio settings? Have you tried both settings?
