    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no routines involved.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This happens on all 5 cameras and I have Smart notifications.&amp;nbsp; Everything is set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;up like it should be, when it works it works great.&amp;nbsp; I have to restart my phone constantly and then it will work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fine for half a day then back to my problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reinstalled app many times.&amp;nbsp; The push notifications will work hit and miss during the day, but at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;night and early morning won't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure your modes have rules that include sending notifications. Is it always certain cameras or all of them? Are you using activity zones and/or Smart Notifications?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like it's a phone issue, not an Arlo one. Make sure DND (do not disturb) isn't set but it's possible a phone reset may be needed. Can you try on a different device to see if the same thing happens?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;DND is off.&amp;nbsp; My friend has an Iphone, I have a new Samsung S25 phone and she has&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the same issue.&amp;nbsp; The point of this camera system is to hear the push notifications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when something is going on, not like this.&amp;nbsp; It will record every time but won't let you know&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with the push notification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At this point it would be best to use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer. To speak to them you need a subscription of any sort.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
