This issue has been ongoing for more than a week now. &lt;P&gt;It looks like the base isn't seeing the microSD card.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried removing it, and connecting it to a PC?&amp;nbsp; If the PC offers to repair it, let it do that.&amp;nbsp; Then put it back into the smarthub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe also restart the smarthub if you haven't tried that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the solutions you mentioned, but no luck. It is strange that the recording stopped working the same day the update was pushed on 03/11/25, as shown in my pictures. This makes me think the software update might be the cause.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
