      <description>&lt;P&gt;we pre paid for the year and are sill being charged monthly and am trying to find a number for accounts billing but can't find one. &amp;nbsp;the chat doesn't work as it keeps crashing when i ask for billing. &amp;nbsp;anyone have an email or phone number for customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received notice from American Express that my account was billed 233.26 from Arlo. I didnt even&amp;nbsp; get an email or statement from Arlo telling me they were billing me and showing me a breakdown.&amp;nbsp; Last year the price was 149.99.&amp;nbsp; I do not with to pay this much for monitoring. How do I call them direct??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
