Arlo Fire Detection in Australia

Hi,

does the community know when Arlo Fire Detection - recently announced by Arlo - be available in Australia ?

I have lodged a request with Arlo on 30 Jan to ask when - still waiting for an answer.

An Australian tech podcast advises this new facility should be available now.

I subscribe to the Arlo Secure Plus monthly plan at approx $A18 per month, have both Ultra and Pro5 cams, and, use the Arlo App along with online login.

Are you not seeing it in your smart detections?

Thanks - but I have actioned each of the suggestions to access Fire Detection over the past week - nothing. I have the Arlo Secure App and "Fire" is not shown. Maybe I have to reset the app - which may be the only way ?

Just hope that all my camera setups would not be lost if I delete the app and start again ?

Instead, I suggest contacting support (via the support center in the app).
