    <description>&lt;P&gt;Location Australia, Brisbane Time zone +10 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I receive immediate Library recordings 24/7 on my IPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Day 1:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friend receives the first Library recording at 10am showing activity from 12:00 midnight to 10am (and all previous recordings) then immediate Library recordings though out the day until 12:00 midnight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Day 2:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friend receives No Library recordings from 12:00 midnight to 10am (previous recordings prior to 12:00 midnight are viewable)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friend Live camera activity is available 24/7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friend had previously been able to view all Library recordings immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue has now existed for many months&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently upgraded to SmartHub VMB5000 3 days ago and added 2 Ultra cameras with three existing Pro 3 cameras with no change to this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VMB500 Time Zone set to UTC + 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friend device is an iPhone running ios Version V 18&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with Time Zone set to Auto showing Brisbane same as my identical IPhone ios V18&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But I am thinking you have a subscription, and that the problem is the delay before the friend can see them.&amp;nbsp; We've seen this issue before for Australia, but not limited to friend accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should reach out to Arlo support using the support center in the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can trust your friend with your account credentials, then you could just have them use your account login on their phone.&amp;nbsp; That should resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp; Arlo started to allow multiple logins a few months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
