Help! Base station connected to both camera can see live picture from both and it’s recording locally on the memory card in the base station but for the last 5 days no videos have been loaded into the cloud storage, anyone knows what the issue is? All settings correct including motion triggers

Have you double-checked your subscription status?

Yes, looks all normal and active!

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

If you can, does that recording show up in the Feed?
