    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So a frustrating issue that hopefully someone has had and could fix easily as we are not having any joy!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My email is the one that the account is set up with and my partner has access to the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason, I now cannot get into the app to view live cameras, etc - nothing has changed at all, but it tells me it doesn't recognise my device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sends a push notification to my partner's phone and they accept it, I get and error message that something has gone wrong...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried the different verification methods and still get the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing that is different is there is a notification on my partner's phone under the PEOPLE tab that says RENEW ACCESS and when you tap on that it says her email address has expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing to tell you how to renew the email in either the app or in the dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP! We have no idea how to fix this as we've followed the instructions to no avail...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it a case of uninstalling, then reinstalling the app again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions gladly wanted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
