arlo app android version has disappeared

hi all, this is for an aged friend with the same system as mine arlo ultra. He has disarmed arlo in the morning as normal gone to arm in the evening and the arlo app has disappeared from the phone? i've looked and it's gone without any attempt to delete. Help please.

Sounds like he might have accidently uninstalled it.

Did you try just reinstalling it?
