      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install the new Arlo Security System. As part of the process, it is requiring me to upgrade my base station. The problem is my base station says no updates available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried troubleshooting with support for 30 minutes but no success (adding/deleting app, power cycling). It appears this has happened to others in related threads, but those have been closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas on what I can do to get this resolved as it’s preventing me from installing the security system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base Station - VMB5000r4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Current Firmware - 1.16.6.2_1022_c366487&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, phone support couldn’t solve it. They had me try a bunch of steps but nothing worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
