Another post

details the issue where the ultra hub shows as cards as corrupted and therefore doesn’t allow local recording. The thread is closed with a “solution” of a firmware update. However this firmware is not available outside of the US. So for me and many others this issue persists.

I have £1,000s of useless Arlo equipment because I cannot record anything from them. This has been the case for many many weeks now.

please work on a real solution for this as soon as possible.

The firmware that includes this fix is currently being tested for release in some regions. We will provide an update once it has been released in all regions.
