&lt;P&gt;Try this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;restart the phone&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;put it into airplane mode (both wifi and mobile data disabled)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;launch the app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;wait for the internet connection failure message&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;take the phone out of airplane mode.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should then be able to log in again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
