Why has the live red rod button disappeared from live feed on my Ultra cameras?

without this functionality this is a system that's only half useful to me.

Can you check if the camera subscription has expired, check in the support page of the app at the camera details page.

Is 4K livestreaming enabled? You need to disable that option to get manual recording.

As @DannyBearAgain says, also check the subscription status.
