      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No. I’ve redone the Ethernet cable and power. Also reset the hub. The light turns blue then flashes amber. After some time it repeats blue then flashes amber. This happens continuously &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
