Hello, i have a problem with the base station alarm going goff every time i turn my phone on.

I have to go into the arlo app on the phone and shut it off.

This is unusual, have you tried to reinstall the app?

I did reinstall the app and it fixed it. Thanks. Im really disappointed in Arlo no contact number to call.

If you have a subscription for the Ultra, then you could have gotten phone support through the app.
