&lt;P&gt;It's hard to offer much advice w/o knowing the details of what support had you do.&amp;nbsp; It is possible that one or both of the passive infrared (PIR) sensors has failed - in which case there isn't much you can do (beyond the factory default you have already done).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried swapping the camera with one in another location?&amp;nbsp; Just to confirm that the problem stays with the camera, and not the location?&lt;/P&gt;
