Can't live stream camera

Hello,
All a sudden I can not be able to connect into vmc5040 any more. I’ve tried to remove it and add it several time but no luck. The camera is online with full bar but unable to get access into the camera. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to access it via the app? Or from a PC browser?

When you say "access" do you mean live streaming? Or something else?

Yes access the camera via app for streaming

PC connection is ok and I can be able to stream live in my.arlo.com but not in arlo secure app.

If you are still seeing this - Do you have 4K livestreaming enabled? If yes, does it still happen if you disable it?

Yes 4k is enable and it wont be able to connect and the connection is fine with 4k disable. Thx
