Battery charging Symbols inaccurate

Hi I'm just looking to understand why the battery icons are different when both are plugged in via USB cable.

Are the icons different between the arlo portal and the arlo app?

Or that two cameras have different icon types showing when plugged into the charger?

It would be helpful if you posted a screenshot, so we can see what icons you are seeing.

The top icon means the battery is fully charged; the bottom one means it is charging.

What does the web portal or another device display? Do you have the latest version of the mobile app 3.6.6 installed?
