I'd like to access logs when my Arlo system is down. For a security system, it's a must.

Arlo, if you have so much confidence in your product, please enable user access of this feature.

As with every system, there will be times when it is offline and that's to be expected. For a security system, one needs to know when that happened in case something crucial was missed.
