Arlo ultra doesn't let other user see base station

I am the primary user and can view/access recordings on the base station. Are Friend Accounts allowed to access base station recordings and/or how can I grant her access to recordings?

I use to have other brand yi cameras they are cheaper than arlo and they let all users see the sd card ... you should tell the developers to add more options on base station on the next firmware .. I don't understand why a expensive camera has a lot of features that has to pay if you want to use all of them (suscripción)
