    <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;Was hoping for a bit of help on my Arlo Ultra Camera system please?&lt;BR /&gt;I have 5 Ultra Cameras, however only 4 are visible / available when I search my system.&lt;BR /&gt;The 5th camera has a flashing blue light on the front.&lt;BR /&gt;I have removed all cameras from the system and reinstalled, however the 5th camera doesn’t ever show up as available.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried re-syncing - no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to factory reset by holding down the sync button however the orange light never appears.&lt;BR /&gt;I have switched the batteries from one camera to another - no difference.&lt;BR /&gt;Please help&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a faulty camera. Use Settings, Support to start the replacement process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
