Under the camera settings, I have an option for microphone and audio, however when my wife sets up her Iphone it has no audio settings! How can I remedy that?

Is she using a friend account?

Yes as a friend using our account on her phone! Is there another way to do it? Can she just sign to my (our) account!

That explains why she can't change the setting.

However, she doesn't need to change it - she should still be able to hear audio in the the recordings, live streams, etc.
