Hello,

My Arlo ultra camera seems to now suddenly not be holding charge at all. We have it connected to an Arlo solar panel and so it functions during the day but the moment the sun is down, it’s battery is flat.

The solar panel can trickle-charge the battery, but it doesn't provide enough power to run the camera.

Have you tried removing the battery and then reinserting it? I've seen some reports of false 1% battery indications here, and removing/reinserting the battery sometimes resolves it.

The solar panel has kept the camera charged for at least the last 12 months. It’s never ever needed any other form of charging? Will try the battery removal
