Arlo ALTRA+ Series Can I use these cameras after my subscription has expired.The cameras do not show recordings in library.

Cloud storage requires a subscription. But you can use direct access to local storage instead. https://kb.arlo.com/000062337/What-is-Direct-Storage-Access-and-how-do-I-use-it

There are some limitations

local recordings only available in the app
local recordings not available to friends
no manual recordings or snapshots
no thumbnails
remote access can be tricky to set up (you either need port forwarding or a VPN).

Also, you need a subscription for activity zones (when battery powered) and smart notifications.
