&lt;P&gt;What version of the app are you using?&amp;nbsp; Also, is the device Android or iOS?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There was a bug in the Android app related to this, but it was fixed a few weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; So make sure you are running the latest.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also try restarting the base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this happen occasionally. A force close of the app and then reopening it has always fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
