    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/654321"&gt;@JessicaP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please note that I had to reboot my base station before the new release worked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems SMS messaging not working to get access code, had to use email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Great, now when trying to download videos from Smart Hub I get "There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue."&lt;/P&gt;
