Arlo Ultra cameras appearing offline as soon as I click on live stream

I have a Arlo pro base station with 3 pro3 cameras. I also have 2 ultra cameras which connect, but appear off line as soon as i click on live stream. I have tried all the trouble shooting, any help appreciated.

Try swapping the ultras with two of the Pro3s, and see if the problem stays with the cameras or the location.

I have 3 pros already up and working perfectly. The ultras connect, but appear off line when i try to connect to live feed.

But did you swap camera positions? That could be a major clue.

yes. The ultras work sometimes, sometimes they dont and appear offline. They just seem to work sporadically which is frustrating
