Cameras not recording. All settings are the same and light shows motion is detected.

One of my cameras does not record to cloud . But it will to him as card for under a second .. all settings are the same as the ones that are working light comes on when motion is detected but no recording I have six cameras Can you help

Yes have subscription it’s still not working I think a faulty camera
