    <description>I have the same issue. The base station is online all the cameras are functioning, but I can’t restart the base station from the app. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The restart button is greyed out or not not selectable.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two smarthubs to connect front door and backyard cameras respectively. One is from Arlo Ultra, the other one is from Arlo 3. However, the&amp;nbsp;'restart' button in smarthub of Arlo Ultra is always greyed on Arlo app, and it is good if I login through web browser. The other one (smarthub of Arlo 3) is good. Can somebody tell me why this happens? Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you manually reboot the hub as well as rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
