    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo is the worst company to do business with.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The should be more transparent in their business practices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Within 90 days, you have full support, text and phone, but after 90 days, unless you sign up for their paid services, you only have support via email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I paid the same amount to purchase this product as everyone else and I am still within my product warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a bad camera case and tried to get them to replace it under my product warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The option that I had was to purchase another one and then send them the other one back on my dime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This company is really lacking in the customer service and support side.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will definitely let everyone that I know that is considering a security camera, the hidden support issues with this company.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Very disappointing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
