    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked all the settings and it still says it should be recording, but when I go to check they only appear as 2k?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Premier subscription or the similar single camera one is for up to 2k recordings. The Elite plan is needed for 4k.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I found the thread. Arlo have blocked 4k local recordings now.&lt;BR /&gt;Their product isn't good enough to get a subscription when other are doing it for free. Nice move LOL</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upon further investigation it looks like the resolution of the video is in fact 4k. It appears like the label is incorrect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Ultra/Arlo-ultra-only-2k-from-the-Cloud/td-p/1740014#" target="_blank"&gt;Solved: Arlo ultra only 2k from the Cloud - Arlo Community&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could it be a return of this bug?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
