    <description>&lt;P&gt;Would be interested to see if anyone else has had this issue. I bought a brand new Arlo Ultra camera 3 set yesterday. Set them up and 2 work perfectly. 1 just will not sync. Been on the phone to support and they also &amp;nbsp;agreed it is faulty. My options are, send the whole set back to the retailer I purchased it from, or they will send me a refurbished camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How can it be acceptable to send a refurbished camera in replacement for a brand new one that is faulty. The other 2 cameras are up and working and screwed to walls, so I really don't want to have to take it all down and send it back!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Refurbished items are generally all that's ever offered for exchange, regardless of product. Regardless, I would suggest swapping the system since it will likely be a faster resolution for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
