    <description>Hi, I recently ended my Arlo premier 1 year trial in order to fix an issue I was having with activity zones (issue now fixed). I signed up to a new premier subscription (exactly the same plan I was trialling) but now I no longer get 4K Local SD recording or 4K Live streaming. My cloud recordings have improved from 1080p to 2k. But what used to be 4K is now only 2k. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What’s going on?? According to Arlo on other forum threads it says live streaming locally should still be 4K regardless of what plan I’m on as per attachment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I get local 4K live streaming back ?
