    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't (and can't) connect to the hub's WiFi - there's no need. The hub is connected to your network via an Ethernet cable. Claiming the hub simply means you have to be on your home WiFi, not cell service, for setup - afterwards all you need is Internet access, however you get it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you someone tell me where I get the WiFi password for the smarthub? I’ve reset it three times and everytime I follow the steps in the app to add the smarthub. I select the VMB WiFi and it keeps asking me for a password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
