Iphone push notifications not making any sound

I installed new Arlo Ultra cameras. I use an iphone 10. I cannot get the arlo push notifications to make a sound on my iphone... it only makes a haptic vibration. It will make a sound on my ipad. It will make a sound on my apple watch. Yes, I have tried every option on the iphone under Sounds & Haptics, under Notifications, and under the setting for the Arlo app. No, my phone is not on DND. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a few questions for you.

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo mobile app?
What iOS version is your iphone running?
Which version of the Arlo app are you running?

1. Just reinstalled the app. No change

2. iPhone X iOS 13.6
