    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cant get camera to work! I have only managed to record one video in 4K resolution, now it only records in low resolution! I have the best quality selected, 4k on and paid for the premium resolution.. Ive tried resetting it and nothing seems to work!!! Ima about to return it!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you also purchase the PVR, (Premium Video Recording) to allow 4k recordings? Please describe what other problems you are having and what steps you have taken to resolve these issues.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that the camera will only record in 4K in response to a motion or audio detection trigger. Manual recordings will be 1080.&amp;nbsp; Also, if you have auto zoom and tracking enabled, the camera will only operate in 1080.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Adding to what others have said here, do you see the 4K badge in the corner of the video thumbnail in the library indicating the video is 4K?&lt;/P&gt;
