    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I recently purchased an Arlo Ultra kit with 4 cameras in Miami. I live in Chile so I got here a couple of days ago and installed the system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;everything is working fine except I do not see any smart plans activated and I can’t record any videos.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;not sure if this is not posible in this area or I have a different issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate any help as there system is not quite usefull if it does not record the movements it detects.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As a small update I found out that videos are being recorded to the SD card. But for some reason not to the cloud and they do not show up in the library.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For cloud recordings, Ultra requires a subscription plan. Subscription plans are not available in all countries.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James, I just chatted with Arlo support and the problem is that Chile is still not supoported for the Arlo Ultra. Hope this changes in the near future though.&lt;/P&gt;
