      <title>RMA camera that support team sent solved the problem!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I simply am trying to let support know that they can close case 41777400.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The RMA camera they sent cured the problem (RMA 7145023).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to find another way to try &amp;amp; let them know &amp;amp; to thank them as they were very quick to confirm what I'd discovered via on-line troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp; A long wait to get to an agent aside, it was about as good a support experience as you will find.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, this will get to them.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
