Hi,

Looking to upgrade to Arlo Ultra.

I cant seem to see if there is a SIM operated model or just WiFi connected.

Can someone clarify?

Cheers.

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?

The Arlo Ultra needs a wired Ethernet connection between the base station and a router. The base station then creates wifi links to the cameras and other IoT stuff.

Ultra is like all the other wireless cameras, not the Go. Needs a base and an Ethernet connection to the Internet.

You could use a 4g router and connect the base station to the 4g router via ethernet

Something like this perhaps
