    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a subscription? The initial installation should have given you a trial sub which provides cloud recording. Once the trial is over and if you haven't subscribed to any plan, you can only get local recordings using a microSD card inserted in the hub. You can use the app (but not the web client) to view those recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get notifications but no library. I have completed all updates, unplugged, restarted, resynced, removed and reinstalled all cameras. Even uninstalled Base. Please help.&lt;BR /&gt;If no library how would you ever have pictures of the bad sources?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank You &lt;BR /&gt;How do I get subscription. Is the microSD card a better choice? Are they the same?&lt;BR /&gt;Also when you say use the app to see library? I am on the app. Thanks again. &lt;BR /&gt;Did not know anything about a subscription? Is that stated somewhere? Does it costs?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
