When I have someone trigger the camera, i can hear them, but they can't hear me speak through speaker.
The volume is up still can't hear.
Help please.

Are you using your phone or some other device? What model?

How far away is the person from the camera?

If you have a headset, try using that - it would give some info on whether the issue is with the phone or the camera.

Note 9 android.. I have tried using headset and they are 3 ft away..

Hey Clemson06086,

Have you tried using a different phone device or on the web client on your computer using Push-To-Talk feature to see if they can hear you through the camera speaker?

Yes i did, I contacted arlo support chat and they did something on there end..
