    <description>&lt;P&gt;please can anyone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have singed up to a smart plan , I have a confirmation email. Now it says I have no plan so can see my camera recordings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried contacting Arlo, biggest pile of crap trying to get an email so I can send them my list of problems. So I thought I would try the live chat. OH sorry that don't work either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;wish I had never seen these expensive cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One alerts me so much I just switch it off&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of then keeps disconnecting from the hub so swapped cameras over to see if the problem followed the camera , yes it follows that camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know an email to contact Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does it say you have an active subscription plan?
