    <description>No recording getting saved to cloud since April 4 (2020).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My 8 ultra cameras &amp;amp; base station were bought late 2019 and Jan 2020.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has been working mostly fine, until April 4 (2020), when no more recordings were being displayed in my library.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Checked all cameras, all functioning with live view.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then checked base station, seems to be working fine.&lt;BR /&gt;Checked storage on SD card, nearly full.&lt;BR /&gt;Have reformatted SD card, so plenty of storage space now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Don’t know how much storage I get on Arlo Cloud, maybe that’s where the problem is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My purchase supposedly came with 1 year Arlo Smart Premier.&lt;BR /&gt;See screenshot below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can this be resolved  ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks &lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m in Australia&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/424836i090A162DEA009BA9/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" border="0" alt="DFFC5B18-7444-44CE-A300-954EDCCA85FF.png" title="DFFC5B18-7444-44CE-A300-954EDCCA85FF.png" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure your cameras are still participating in your Arlo Smart subscription. You can do this by logging in to the web client from a computer and&amp;nbsp;navigating to Settings &amp;gt; Subscription &amp;gt; Manage cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
