I now have 2 base stations with 4 cameras on each. The cloud recording is only enabled on the first base station and its 4 cameras

Why don't I also get one year free cloud recording for the second set? it cost as much as the first set.

Arlo Ultra kits come with a 1 year subscription to Arlo Smart premier. Your Arlo account is eligible for one free subscription plan. Are both SmartHubs on the same account? When you added the first did you receive the free 1 year subscription?

You can check which cameras are participating by navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras

Thank you, yes initially we added all 8 cameras on 2 hubs but one account. We have now added the second hub to a separate account. We found the "manage cameras" option and we enabled video recording on all cameras (4 per hub/account). Case can be closed, thank you for your quick reply.
