    <description>&lt;P&gt;Will the cameras record in 4K to the library with the 4K switch ticked off in the app ? The reason I ask is because I continue to have issues with choppy video and audio constantly cutting in and out when live streaming in 4K. Works prefect in 1080P mode. Same issue if&amp;nbsp; the camera is outside with full signal or 6-8 feet from hub so it's not an interference issue like I was told!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Turning on auto zoom and tracking will only allow the camera to record up to 1080p.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The symptoms you describe could be due to poor bandwidth. Who is your ISP and what is&amp;nbsp;your download/upload speeds?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Don’t you zoom in tracking&lt;BR /&gt;I’m asking if you turn off 4K in the app will it still record in 4K to the library.&lt;BR /&gt;See attachment for internet speeds. (Wi-fi) Ethernet is 900+ Down &amp;amp; 40+ up.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The local 4K live streaming toggle within the mobile app only impacts live streams. Motion detected events will not be impacted when this feature is toggled on or off.&lt;/P&gt;
